Methods of Payment
We proudly accept all forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, Debit, Check, Money Order and Cash. We also
offer and honor The SOL Store and SOL Sanctuary Gift Certificates.
Payments received by personal check will be shipped after your
check has cleared. If
you would like to place an order via check or money order, please
send your payment along with your "Ship To" address
and phone number to the address below. Don't forget to add the
appropriate shipping and tax charges. (Please note: orders placed
outside the state of Georgia require no tax.)

Order Confirmation
When you place an order with The SOL Store, an invoice is immediately
sent to the email address you supplied on the order form. The
receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance
of an order. Occasionally an item will be not be in stock; we
will notify you via email and give you the next available shipping
date. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation
from UPS.
Orders
received after 1 p.m. eastern time will be processed the next
day. Orders received after 1 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday,
or Sunday will be processed on Monday because UPS does not process
orders on the weekend. All orders are delivered Monday through
Friday only.
We
reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other
errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item,
and to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information
may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Shipping Information
The SOL Store ships to addresses in the 48 States via UPS. We
do not ship to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses or US Post Office
Boxes (PO Boxes), Alaska or Hawaii. We ship UPS Ground, 2 Day
Air and 3 Day Air. Please call our offices at 770-717-7000 for
all orders that require overnight shipping.
Shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout, based
on destination, weight and dollar total.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 6% is added to all orders shipped to Georgia addresses.
Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside
Georgia. This includes orders placed by Georgia residents for
non-Georgia residents.

Returns
& Exchanges
We Offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If for
any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased, you
may return it (in new, unused, resalable condition) within 15
days for a prompt refund or exchange the product. (We'll also
refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.)
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. You can expect a credit to your
credit card account within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving
your return.
Items
should be returned to The SOL Store within 15 days of the shipping
date unused and in new condition.

Include
a copy of your packing slip or order number (to receive credit),
indicate the reason for your return and wrap the package securely.
Mail the package to the address listed below. For your protection,
you may ship your return via an insured, trackable carrier. We
promptly refund your credit card on receipt of the returned items
or will exchange the item per your request. If an exchange is
requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned
items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready
to ship.

need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit
